My name is Lisa Taylor I am a patient at the Akron office I lost my Medical on June 1st so I have not been able to take my meds I talked to Tanya Blakely and she sent me an application to do a sliding fee I want to thank you very much Tanya for getting the approved if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have got my meds and also thanks to Kitty who works the front desk for going above and beyond for me today you are very special to me and so are the people that work in the pharmacy Austin Tammy and Jamie always go above and beyond especially today thanks to all the people I've recognize I want to tell them thank you God bless you and all of you guys were my guardian angels today I also want to thank my doctor ready Campbell for being there for me today also

Friendly employees, trustworthy medical consultation, and fast. Overall on my 3rd visit, I have nothing but good things to say about this location in Akron. Even the pharmacy is great. In a less than trusting medical environment, it's nice to know that not all medical facilities are the same.

I have been a patient at this location for a few years now and cannot say how kind, caring, and genuine the staff here are. Typically Kitty checks me in, and they are the nicest person to work with! Duke Kimball is one of the most empathetic and genuine health care providers I've ever seen, mixing the right amount of bedside manner and rapport with concern and action. If you're looking for a solid healthcare provider, especially if you've had bad experiences in the past and/or are a queer person, please try Equitas Akron. I'm glad I did!

The people here are tremendous. Front desk, doctors, nurses and pharmacy helped me when I needed it the most. I’m a blue collar guy. muddy boots, pants and dirty hands with a little bit of a smell. Can’t tell you the last time I got treated with that much professional and respect.

i had an absolutely wonderful experience here. the staff was incredibly welcoming, warm, and you can tell they really make an effort to provide an inclusive environment. i was seen quickly for my appointment and i felt like the entire team did a thorough job taking care of me. 10/10 would recommend this place to both patients and healthcare workers looking for a new job - if i ever joined the field again i would definitely look here first.
